At Jeauxette Beauty, we’re committed to delivering your glam essentials safely and efficiently. Please review the information below regarding our current shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Please note that during promotional periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all U.S. states and territories. Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout. Free Us Shipping on all US orders over $49
Standard U.S. Shipping:
Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days from the shipment date.
Flat Rate Return Shipping:
For returns, a $5.00 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund (see Return Policy for full details).
International Shipping – Canada Only
Jeauxette Beauty currently ships internationally to Canada only.
Free Shipping:
Orders over $150 USD (after discounts) qualify for free standard international shipping to Canada.
Shipping Time:
Orders to Canada typically arrive within 6–14 business days, depending on carrier performance and customs clearance.
Duties & Taxes:
To help you avoid unexpected fees, here’s what you need to know:

Orders under 40 CAD (approx. $30 USD) are duty- and tax-exempt under Canadian import law.

Orders between 40–150 CAD may be subject to taxes but are generally duty-free.

Orders over 150 CAD (approx. $110 USD) are duty-free but subject to GST/HST/PST taxes.

These thresholds are set by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and may change.
Important Note:
Jeauxette Beauty is not responsible for any taxes or customs duties applied by Canadian authorities. The customer is solely responsible for all applicable import fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Jeauxette Beauty is not liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen shipments.
If your order shows as delivered but is missing:

Check with neighbors, household members, or leasing offices

Wait 24 hours as tracking updates can be premature

Contact the carrier directly to verify delivery details

Email info@jeauxettebeauty.com within 3 business days of the delivery date
You may be asked to complete a Lost Package Affidavit. In these cases, store credit will be issued as the only form of compensation. Refunds are not issued for orders marked as delivered.

Packages returned to sender due to address errors may incur additional reshipping fees.
